Thanks Rosco for this tip.An easy way to install a new grip using zip ties.
Cut off the old grip with a craft knife or use an aircompressor. Orientate the grip so it's facing the right way
Insert 4-6 medium sized zip ties
The 'Ratchet block end' have facing away from the headstock of the bike. The rough side of the zip tie to be facing towards the bar .
Wiggle the grip and ties onto the bar making sure the ties are an even distance apart. Wiggle the grip on until it reaches the end of the bar and then pull the zip ties holding the block end out of the grip. EASY AS
